"Well I started my journey thinking I would have Dr. McCarty as my surgeon, but that has all changed. Because of different circumstances, I will be switching from McCarty to Dr. Alexander. I've not met him face to face yet but his office staff is awfully friendly and very helpful...you never the sense that you're bugging them if you call with a question. (read between those lines).
