"I was very impressed with Dr. Alexander's personable demeanor. He was very friendly and caring and explained many questions that I had before I ever asked them. I am still waiting on insurance approval and thus far, my opinion of him has not changed. His office staff was very accomodating, but not overly agressive as far as pushing the insurance. He encourages his patients to take action to keep the ball rolling. I am personally agressive and prefer to work this way. There was nothing in particular that I did not like about him or his staff. At this point there wasn't much stressed about after care. I do know that there is a support group made up of previous patients and I look forward to joining them. Dr. Alexander did cover the risks of surgery, but seemed to really focus on the positive aspects of the post-op life. I have had surgery yet. I will update as my time comes closer."
