My anniversary was June 4, I haven't updated this since the surgery. In a year I have lost 130lbs. and am thrilled. I am still struggling with my same bad habits of junk food, but do not give in that often. On the whole I am eating my proteins, veg. and fruits, breads are not a big problem for me. I have had problems with staying on an excercise program, although in times past I have regularly done so.I will keep striving for this goal. The only problem I had was about in April, around my apt. to check my blood work, I got exhausted. The blood test showed low B12. I wasn't functioning well even after a shot. I took extra B12, and finally after a few days was back okey again.I think I did well to have had no B12 defiencies from June to the following April. I hope to lose another 20 pounds, and when the entertainning of the summer company is over and I start excercising again, I am sure I can lose it. I will try to update again.
