"My first impression of Dr. Allen was that he was a very caring individual who was confident in what he was doing. He was very informative explaing both benefits and risk of the surgeries he offers. He does go over your information with you and give ample opportunity for you to ask any questions you would like. I had a few questions I had thought of after my visit and emailed him and received a response the same day..actually received several responses..this is rare for a doctor to answer his own email so timely..very impressive. The staff is very helpful, be prepared to practice patience however they are extremly busy and may take as long as a week to return calls.
All in all I am very happy with my choice and things have moved along pretty quickly.
I would rate him very high!
