"He is nice, but elusive. My impression is changing negatively because I am not receiving the serious attention I need.
The staff is pleasant but understaffed. No one really cares about my issues. My husband was told when he asked the office person to call UHC and find out exactly (in more detail) why I have been denied (they would tell her more than us) she said she was too busy to "sit on hold" HOLY MOLY! I was crying and still no help.
I have a surgery date wit him, but might switch if their attitude does not change. I have had a procedure far more extensive and controversial (insurance wise) and because of my thoroughness AND more importantly, a kind and relentless staff, I got the surgery approved. I have been there before and have something to judge by."
