"My first impression of Dr. Snow was very positive. He asked me questions to be sure that I was aware of how I had arrived in his office. He explained in detail what the surgery entailed and gave me an overview of my life after surgery.
Dr. Snow's staff was professionally pleasant but not overly friendly. They did not seem to be truly interested in me or any details about me. They did their job and nothing else.
The only difficulty I see with Dr. Snow is the follow-up or aftercare. I had surgery on a Tuesday and went home on a Thursday and was at work that Saturday. I was told to do what I felt like doing. After a week at work, I now realize that I needed at least two if not three weeks to recuperate fully. I have a lot of questions that I haven't found the answer to and don't like feeling alone with this.
Overall, I would rate Dr. Snow as excellent as a surgeon and for his bedside manner; but so far, the aftercare has not been sufficient."
