"My hospital stay wasn't bad. This is the first time I've ever had a surgery, let a lone stay over night in a hospital. My pain control was really good, understand I had Laproscopic surgery - the only bad thing I would say is on my day of discharge I was never asked if I was in pain and was not given anything for pain, I wasn't feeling so hot when I got home, luckily I had a perscription for pain meds. The nurse was really busy when we were ready to go home and I had to take out my own hep-lock out of my hand I've done this for patients before so I knew how so over all I'd say it was a good expeiriance. The first night the nurses were wonderful they really took good care of me. "
"Dr. Ben-Meir is really a great person, whohas excellent bedside manner and is very thourough. He sees all of his patients twice before surgery. I visited with him for an hour on our first consult and he was never short with any of his coments, after visitig with Dr. Brody at the Cleveland CLinic for a consultation, Dr. Ben-Meir blew me away with his kind personality - he is the reason why I chose St.V's , I think it is really important to be comfortable with your surgeon and not feel like your just another patient he has to get throuh the system.
