Kathy, You should only be able to eat about 2 tablespoons of food. If you are indoubt purchase a food scale to weigh an ounce of food. Yes you may have stretched your pouch a bit to soon. But the stomach is a muscle and can shrink also. You may want to call you surgeon to ask his opinion. Best of Luck, Tamara

Kathy, please do not obsess about the chocolate. Remember all the times when you ate things and did not think about it. Now you are...it is a nice change...

My very best wishes to you for a safe and successful surgery and recovery. May all of your sweetest dreams come true. My husband and I both had open rny's in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs!! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!

Hi everyone. I just spoke with Kathy, she sounds great, full of joy and very positive about her venture to the lighter side. I'll be in contact with her husband Richard tomorrow and update the surgery page as I get information.
