"Dr. Zorn was very nice. The first time I met him was back in September of 2002. The first appointment went very smoothly. He was running a bit late but I didn't have to wait that long. He answered all of my husband's questions and the one or two that I had left. He did give remind me of the risks but was very positive about the surgery. As for the office staff, some of them seemed to busy to deal with you but others were great. For instance Myla, she was the kaiser processor and she was there whenever I had a question. If she didn't have an answer she would get it for me. Surgery was 01-06-03 and all went well. Dr. Zorn came in to check on me a couple of times. All went well, he was great and I would recommend him to a friend or family member. "
