Hi Audrey: I am sheryl in NM. I use danon Light and fit. that is what I was given in the hospital after my wls. I mix my supplements and vitimines in it to get it down. Wow! this spring and summer is going to be so different this year for you. I am so happy for you. You won't be able to believe the changes your body and life will be recieving. You are going to wear clothes you have only dreamed of and do thing you dreamed of. Congrats to you. Heal fast your future is waiting on the new and improved you.

Have you ever seen the movie: THE WIZARD OF OZ??? Well, soon you will be saying what the wicked witch said when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her: "I'M MELTING!! I'M MELTING!!!" Those lbs will just melt off of you soon. You will soon be walking down the YELLOW BRICK ROAD to see the WIZARD OF OZ and your sweetest wish will be granted. Congratulations and good luck to you. My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in San Diego in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
