"I met with Dr. Tarnoff and was very pleased that he was the doctor assigned to me. He was very personable, answered all my questions and was sure not to rush me out of the office until I was happy. His people skills seemed great and I was very comfortable with him.
The office staff (Lynne) was more than helpful and good natured.
Dr. Tarnoff did emphasize the risks, challenges and importance of follow-up visits as well as post-op help. He did not down play any part of the operation, making it clear that although risks were low, they are a reality. He even offered to have another meeting if I felt that any family members would be interested in meeting him and asking their own questions. I thought that was nice since a lot of doctors I have met don't like to be bothered by the family and their insessent questioning. :o)
I am very happy that I have Dr. Tarnoff as my surgeon. I feel that he is competent and at the same time I am comfortable with him. I know that I have placed all positive comments in this note but that is what I feel and I honestly hope my positive review of the doctor can continue after my next visit.
