"My first impression he seemed distant, but over time he became very warm and friendly. Most of the Doctor's office staff is friendly. But keep in mind they are extremly busy so you may have to wait a little longer than you'd like. I was put in contact with Dr. Nowzardan through Obesity Surgery Specialists. They work very hard in contacting your insurance company and ensuring the process goes as smoothly as possible. Now 7 months out I continue to get support through a support group set up by them. They assist you with classes prior to the surgery, information and check-ups after the surgery. THIS IS MY PERSONAL IMPRESSION OF MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIANCE. I AM MAKING NO STATEMENT ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE MAY EXPERIANCE!!!! "
"when you drive up the location (area) leaves alot to be desired. But once you get inside the staff is very friendly. They even let you tour the hospital prior to surgery. They have an entire department dedicated to WLS. I enjoyed my stay and i would reccomend it to anyone having WLS."
