"Dr. Koura has moved from North Dakota to Sacramento and is now affiliated with Methodist Hospital and Med Clinic. He seems very caring and thorough and has answered all my concerns honestly. Although there were some initial problems with Methodist Hospital, that seems to have been clarified and as of November, 2004 he is performing open RNY surgeries.
