Adam Naaman

"My first impression of Dr. Naaman was he was a very educated man. He was very comfortable with the surgery and and explained it very well. His office staff was friendly. I went ahead and chose him as my RYN surgeon. I felt very confident he was the best for the job. As time when on my feeling changed. I had some problems that worried me. I felt like the were never really addressed and I recieved the run around alot. I felt like if I ever went against him or thought out loud I made him angry. He seemed to be rude on some occasions. 10 months later I was back in the hospital and was fighting for my life. I spent three months in the hospital. while I was in the hospital many things became unanswered and the questions are still unanswered. I felt as alot of time I was played between my surgeon and my family. I lost all faith and confidence. At this point I transfered hospitals. I now have a new surgeon. I am still on the road to recovery. It will be a long time. I only wish I knew now what I should have know then. SO if you were to ask me if I would do this again... I would say I would have been more educated about it. I would have checked out surgeons more throughly. I would go to the floor to where his pts. are gettting care and ask the nursing staff questions and thier body language towards the doctor. I would call attorney and check out if they have been sued. I would do everything I possibly could to do to make sure the surgeon is qualified. Remember this surgery is not a quick fix. It will change your life forever. "
