"When I first met Dr. Kreegal I was very impressed with the doctor and the office staff. I was informed by Jamie, the assistant that this office would soon begin "private pay" vs insurance reimbursement for procedures. However, I was told that my insurance information would be submitted and that part of my procedures should be covered under my policy. My case would not be easy but I was assured that everything would be submitted. Five months later my insurance HAS NOT received anything from this office. "
