Sorry I haven't posted sooner, my internet server has not been working. At one week post-op visit I have lost 15 lbs. (yeah!) I feel great. I am sleeping great, I'm not sore, just itchy at incision sites. I'm bored, it's snowing here so walking outside is not a good idea right now. The protein shakes are not too bad, but does anyone have any recipes to pep it up a little? Went to Mother-in-laws for thanksgiving dinner today, it didn't bother me at all to watch them eat, but it bothered them, because they felt sorry for me because I couldn't eat, he he he.
