ok. Hello everyone! Today I weighed in at 263 so I guess I have lost 29 lbs. so far. It really is kinda difficult still for me. It has only been a month but it seems lik much longer and o to me my weight loss has bee kinda slow. I know in reality it is not ...I guess I just want some results!!! Hahaha I had my tube taken out this last Monday (Thank the Lord) and am startin to really feel more like me. It ws a horrible experience getting it out though. I mean t didn't hurt taking it u but when I stood up I got an awful spasm/cramp on the side of my abdomen whee he tube had been. Had to lie down for 25 minutes before he would let me leave. Yesterday I do not know what in tarnation happened. I had eaten all of the things that I hav been able to in the past and all of a sudden I started to getting nausea ....throwing up or trying to throw up is definitely not like the throwing up of the past. Before...Yaknow it would just come up...now it is like...How can I explain it. Imagine someone trying to get toothpaste from the end of the toothpaste tube...so you roll it up starting at the ed ...until it gets to the top and comes out....I just felt "rung out" fromte inside out. I know...weird. But I am glad it has past. Good grief though. Mademe scared (still) to eat anythig . I guess time wil fix that eh?! OK...let Ya'll know what is going on later. Bye

Hey Darlene I am glad to hear that it does not take a lot of weight loss to start noticing the difference. I can't hardly wait I know it will be soon for me. we'll get together soon. I had open rny so my recovery is taking a little longer than those that have the lap. maybe I will see you at the meeting. SUZIE
