"I felt Dr. Lirio and his assistant Paula were very competent and very compassionate people. They are very accomodating as they allowed me to have my blood work and ultrasound at home. They also got all my doctor appointments [psyche and endo] on the same day as my surgeon visit. He gives a very thorough "lecture" explaining the surgery and pre-op and post-op care. I was very impressed with everything about him. The only negative aspect was that he seemed to struggle for words to express himself, and that is a bit disconcerting. But, he is able to laugh at himself and continue on. "
