Dear Louise, that is an awesome weight loss. I had surgery February 21st and had every complication known to man and have still just lost 62 pounds. I figure I couldn't have lost that well on a regular pre-surgery diet. Just hang in there and you will see a big difference before long. I went almost a month and didn't lose hardly anything but to my surprise I was losing inches. My clothes were getting bigger by the minute. I think you are doing good so hang in there love, you will do GREAT! :o)

Dear Louise, It sounds like you are doing fine. Remember we have a tool but only we can change our minds about proper eating habits and right choices. May God bless you with wisdom and strength to reach your goal. My highest documented weight was 353 the day of surgery I weighed 317 and I now weigh 154. Every day, every meal has to be a wise choice. Planning and support meetings are a big key to my success. Hugs and blessings to you. Janice
