"my first impression of dr caruana was that he was a very nice man but very busy with a lot of patients to see we only spent a few minutes talking but he seems very understanding some of his office staff can use some people skills though some are nasty and impatient i think but as far as dr caruana and mark [his assistant] i would rate them and 8 on a scale of 10"
