The office staff so far has been friendly and helpful. Because the practice is doing so well and growing so much, it can be a little frustrating to reach who you want when you want. Voice mail is effective, and when I speak with anyone from the office, they are very helpful and friendly.
The practice seems to have very structured before and aftercare programs which I find to be helpful and a stepping stone to success.
I'm greatly looking forward to working with Lite Dimensions staff. I have had such a pleasant experience so far, and know going forward should be just as pleasant. I'm excited to meet my surgeon and find out my next steps from other staff members."
