"My first impression of Dr. Wongsa is that he is very serious and professional. He seems to want to make it very clear that this is a major step to take. I like the fact that he is "to the point." I appreciate that. He could be slightly more friendly or "personable." But, of course I have no idea what he faces daily to make him so serious....so I can't really judge him. The office staff was nice enough and friendly.
I didn't hear alot about aftercare, but I imagine there is something available. "
