4-11-01 Well, I have finally made my mind up! I am going with Dr. Pack here in Ashland. He is in my ins. network. I have been to see him twice and he explained it the same way two other Dr.s has and he was very nice. All the necessary test have been ordered and then they will send it off for approval. I hope to have it done in June."
