"I can personally attest to the kindness that you will receive from Dr. Procter. His office staff is very busy doing what they do best... handle our paperwork, so I too recommend taking an active part in your insurance approval process. His Physician's Assistant, Millie, is great as well. She was very kind and gentle when she made rounds with him (Yes, he makes his own rounds! I found that amazing!) His pre-surgery Psych meetings are a necessity and very imformative. You will find out things about yourself that you need to know inorder to succeed. I am two weeks post-op and so far have nothing negative to say about him, the hospital or the surgery in general!!"
