Hi Betty, Try not to beat yourself up. I have said them same words. I was on a plateau for 6 wks. Last month I went to the surgeon loss just 2lbs. I was so ashame. So I came home and changed the wrongs and added the rights. Today I saw the surgeon again and has loss 23lbs. So don't stress out, you will loss, believe me. Best wishes on your wl journey.
