"Dr. Overcash, in my opinion, is a very good surgeon. He is very direct and honest about the risks of surgery. He is abrupt at times, but will answer any question you have, just make sure you are prepared when meeting with him. His office staff is very helpful but I have had some difficulty with follow up at times. I would recommend Dr. Overcash but be aware that he does not coddle others, make sure you have a strong family support and attend support groups where available. He is very individualized to each person and isn't very consistent with recommendations. I feel that he changes his recommendations when he sees success for others or reviews alternate research. "
