Yeah I sure have. It's proubly muscle wt. or you are lossing inches and not lbs. I have been there lots of times. keep doing what you are doing, cut out what you think is not right. and up your water, proteins and exercise. Believe me I can't figure this thing out. but I stick with it so long as I continue to loss. Hang in there you will continue to loss. Take care. hugs
