The Tempus group is the most educational I've attended. The program is structured and firm, and requires committment but is not at all unreasonable. I never would have believed I could achieve what I already have, if I hadn't had the support group and Dr. Betcher's boot behind me. If you're looking for gentle encouragement and mild reminders, you may want to try one of the other Tempus surgeons...but if your ultimate goal is to succeed, you can't do better than Dr. Betcher!"
