"I met with Dr. Bergamaschi on September 10th. First off - his office staff is wonderful. Colleen, his secretary, and Tibby, his nurse, have gone out of their way to answer all my questions and they do most of the leg work as well. Dr. Bergamaschi spent about 1 hour and 20 minutes with me answering all my questions and asking me many as well. I feel like he is not only a qualified surgeon, but also one with a GREAT bedside manner. He is very clear about aftercare, and wants his patients to understand that after surgery, the task is in our hands. He will support us along the way, but it's or job to get the work done. He was very honest about risks and even has you sign a form stating that he went over each detail. I would rate him a perfect 10 and can't wait to have my surgery, hopefully in November.
