"Dr. Ho seems quietly confident, caring and supportive. She is very good listener and does not rush you through your meeting. She answers all questions and does not make you feel "less than bright" like some physicians can.
The office staff is pleasant, but extremely busy. I would recommend that you keep in touch by calling often, and if you have any other tests performed, to call and verify that they have received the results.
Dr. Ho was very up-front about the risks (and benefits) of surgery, and had readily available the current surgical statistics. I really like the fact that she has that information available and is willing to share it. I like Dr. Ho because she is not "too" busy to hear what you have to say. I also like her attitude, she doesn't have that air of superiority that is seen with some doctors."
