"My first impression of Dr. Jacobs was that he really cares about his patients and wants to see them suceed. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. His staff is also wonderful. His assistant Becky is the greatest! She answered all of the questions I had no matter how annoying or stupid I was!! :-) The only this I feel that Dr. Jacobs could improve on is his follow up care. Fortunately, there are many programs and groups out there that you're not without any post op support."
