Thank you Momma angel for you Email and your post. It makes me feel good when someone tells me I am doing well. Sometimes I am rough on my self and think I should be losing faster, But then I realize the body can only lose so much weight in so much time. I really do feel much better than I did last year and I Have had no ill effects from the surgery. I am able to eat almost anything which worries me a little bit.I just need to remember that I have to listen to my body.BYe for now. Ishmael known to most as Cozmo(nickname)
