He described the surgery so simply, that I feel confident I could do it. :-) Very professional and down to earth. His supporting staff is polite and professional. I believe I'm going to enjoy being his patient. "
"After the surgery the staff was inconsiderate. They did not have the adequate equipement to move me from the operating bed to my hospital bed. Thank God my surgeon followed up with me, or I would never have been given my pain meds. From the time I left the operating table to his visit, I explained I was in pain. I was told, that's normal. I yelled I'm really hurting--pain level was an 8. Still nothing, until my surgeon spoke to me and yelled at the staff for not responding earlier. Dr. Marshall I will forever love, Bi-County I could do without. But in defense of the staff, the rest of my stay was ok, the nurses responded. I was even told I was their best patient that weekend."
