Hi Aimee. I know how scary the last few weeks are. Then it's surgery and onto the harder part, the first four weeks post-op. It can be tough, but you will get through it. Then it's all better after that. Keep the faith and you'll do fine. The new you is just around the corner.

Hi Aime, God bless you on your new and exciting journey. I am 13 days post-op, and had Dr. Schreiber at Saint V'S. I feel GREAT, and I am so glad that I did this for myself. This was my gift from God, and I thank HIM everyday for this surgery. I am still recouping, but will enjoy the benefits of the surgery very soon. I have lost a total of 7 and a half inches. I do not have a scale, but I did take my measurements. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love and hugs, Karen

Dear Aimee...I just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Your surgery date just happens to be on my birthday :) My surgery date is only 16 days away so we can follow each other's progress. Each day is a blessing whether we are waiting or recovering--enjoy!

Aimee, Remember that nothing worth doing is going to be easy and the wonderful life that you are going to be able to have when this is all over. What would have happened if God gave up after making adam? All you have to do is go through a little surgery! Pick yourself up and dust yourself off and YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!

Aimee, before you know it you will be on the losing side. May God guide the surgeons hands and your recovery is as pain free as possible. Remember to walk, walk, walk, and breath. God Speed.
