"Just had my information session with Dr. Trivedi. My initial impression is he is very nice. He is also very straightforward and doesn't pull any punches. I like that about him. He pushes the aftercare big time. I think we will have a good relationship. I will update as things progress. My husband and I met with Dr. Trivedi, he is very blunt and to the point, tells you the good and the bad about the surgery. He wants me to have further psychological visits tomake sure that I can handle the "after surgery" problems. At first I was upset, but now I understand, I really do like him, he pulls no punches and lets you know exactly how he feels about your particular case. 4/29/02 - Just got word that Dr. T won't be performing these surgeries after June 14th. Such a shame, he is such a wonderful and caring man! It's not his choice...but that's a long story. I am just so glad that I will be having my surgery! I hope he can refer me to a doctor for aftercare that is just as caring and dedicated as he is!"
