I was saddened to read your post. I hate that you feel so depressed. It seems to be very common to feel this way after surgery of any kind. The anesthesia seems to affect some people, including myself. I am 3 weeks post-op & my husband told me this morning that he is sensing some depression. It comes & goes with me. Are you still in physical pain from surgery or anything? I wish I could help you. If you need an ear, know that I am here for you. You WILL feel better later, so hang in there. If you don't feel better soon maybe you should either find a counselor to talk to or consider seeing your doctor for some medication. There are several options out there for you. Busy yourself with things/people that you love. I am sure that you are a precious person & you need to take care of yourself & get better. There a lots & lots of people here that care about you, so please keep us posted on how you are feeling. Hugs,

Sorry to hear your feeling depressed. It would be so nice to be able to see into the future because you will be a different person with a whole new outlook on life. You will start thinking about you and your feelings. Instead of putting you last on your list, you will be first. Be good to yourself, you deserve to be happy.I am sending you big (((Hugs)))*Smiles*

Hey everyone- I am cutebrunettes sister. I just wanted to let ya'll know that she is at home and doing well. She has had some pain from the surgery but is doing well overall. She wanted me to let you all know that. Her computer has been bitten by that nasty worm and she hasn't been able to kill it yet. She will be in touch asap, though. Thanks for all your support!!

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK on your surgery. Take a deep breath, try to relax. Know that we all care about you and are wishing you the best. Think positive, it really does help. After surgery, remember to turn, cough, take deep breaths, and walk to prevent complications. Hold your incision when you cough, it helps it hurt less. Keep your profile updated, it may make a difference in the live of someone else. Smile, keep your chin up! And lastly, if your chin does fall, just remember, from this position it is easier to moon people! :) (Also, humor helps too!)
