Stephanie is doing absolutely wonderful!! She came home on Friday and is up and around doing great. She has a little pain here and there, but for the most part she's good as new. Stephanie is a wonderful person and the best friend I could ever ask for. Now we are both on the "other side" and will experience this journey together. Best wishes to all:)

Hi Stephanie, Congratulations on your successful surgery. Now, the hard part begins. You've been hit by a truck and it's gonna take some time to heal. And for most of us, for most of our lives when we have felt bad we have used food to comfort us. But now you must find other ways to comfort yourself. Ask your family and friends for help. They can give you physical comfort. Ask your Internet friends for help. There are hundreds and hundreds who have been exactly where you are. They know what you're going thru. Stephanie had her surgery today at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was in surgery for about 2 hours. They were able to do the procedure laproscopic. She was in quite a bit of pain when she got back to the room with a headache and abdominal pain but it was soon under control. Later this evening she did get up and walk and was not in as much pain. So far so good! Keep the prayers going up!!!

Steph, Words can't say how happy I am that you have your surgery date. I have watched you over the years get heavier and heavier and sadder and sadder. I know this is going to be the beginning of a new life for you and Randy and the girls and I can't wait to be there with you every step of the way. I just wish Moma was here to see it. I know she would want you to do anything you could to make your life better and healthier especially after what all happened to her. Just remember that I love you and am praying for you and will be right there with you on November 11. Maybe I will be able to get there myself soon too. I LOVE YOU! YOUR SISTER, MARY
