"Dr. Carter was very knowlegable about the surgery, did a great job explaining what took place and the results I might expect. He made me feel very comfortable. As our relationship progressed I became very happy to have him as my surgeon. His staff was great, and he and they came to visit me each day I was in the hospital post-op. If there was anything to find fault about it isn't his fault, it is difficult to get an appointment at Madigan due to the large number of patients that qualify for the surgery. Patients should know he is great, they will be lucky to get him. He does believe in follow-up, and it is easier to get appointments after surgery. He was very clear to point out the risks involved in the surgery. I believe him to be a top ranked surgeon, whose surgical competence and bedside manner are both superior."
