"He is a quiet man but seemed to be genuinely interested in me and my questions. He put me at ease about this surgery. His staff is great. When I realized they had possibly sent my letter to the wrong address I called and they faxed it instead. I was approved the very next day. The fact that I am only 100lbs over didn't seem to bother him. Only 100lbs may not seem like much to some but to my body it is quite a bit and after 10 years it is beginning to wear on me. The only thing I hate is that I have to wait 10wks for the surgery, Sept 19, from the date I was approved. I'm the type of person that weighs the odds, but once I make a decision I am ready to rock and roll!"
