"Hospital staff was warm and friendly and handled all of my needs in a timely fashion. They were very understanding and accomodating to overweight patients. The overall stay was a very pleasant one."
"Taste wasn't extremely bad, sort of a light watery chocolate flavor. But, it is something at least in my experience with it that had to be gagged down. It really wasn't worth it, due to the low nutritional value of only 15 grams of protein."
"Jan. 4th 2001, Met with Dr. Bolar for the first time. He went through the surgery process step by step with me and answered every single question that I had. He was absolutely wonderful and very caring. Also spoke with Catherine and she is setting up appts for me to have my pre-op tests done including the psych evaluation. Supposed to learn when these appointments are tomorrow January 10th 2001. After those are done, she explained that she will then submit a letter to my insurance company (Bluegrass Family Health) in order to get the surgery approved."
