Hi it's Lisa ! Well its been six moths since my surgery and I have lost over a hundred pounds. I wear between a 16 and 18 shirt and pants . Every thing is so different from the way I feel, my energy level , my attitude. Oh my God ladies and gentlemen I have curves!! I started exercising immediately after I was released and I honestly have to say that the (loose skin )situation hasn't been bad at all! I joined a gym to tone up ! But that was recently. I have been doing pilates (dvd execrsises)and alot of walking . I am giving an updated picture. Would I do it again? In a new york minute. Yes it's scary, yes its a major life change, but we deserve it. Just to be rid of the physical pain of obesity that no one rarely talks about. The bone and joint pain, back pain, diabetes, heart problems , breathing problems, whatever. For the first time in so long I FEEL FANTASTIC ! Thank you to all the well wishers and for all the e mail cards and best wishes I received it was so encouraging. Thank you and god bless !

HI THIS IS MISSY... LISA'S ANGEL AND BEST FRIEND I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW SHE IS DOING AWESOME. SHE HAD NO COMPLICATIONS IN SURGURY ON WEDNESDAY WHAT SO EVER AND WAS EVEN WALKING A FEW HOURS AFTER BEING RELEASED FROM THE RECOVERY AREA. I AM SOOOOOO VERY PROUD OF HER. I KNOW SHE WILL FEEL GREAT AFTER I LET HER KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU SENT HER WELL WISHES THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE POSITIVE POSTINGS AND WELL WISHES. LISA SHOULD BE HOME REAL SOON AND WILL GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOU ALL....THANKS AGAIN.......MISSY
