"I was put at ease the minute I set eyes on him. He is the nicest Phyician I have ever met. He even gave me and my family a hug, and it made me feel comforted. His office staff is excellant. They are professional and will do what it takes to get your surgery scheduled. The office visits are very close to the time they are scheduled, he does not waste time. He has a program the you must see prior to your appointment. This program was very eduacational even after my years of nursing eperience and research on this subject. "My experience allowed me to see how this facility handles situations that they can not control but affects them. On the day of my surgery, 15 minutes before I go into the OR. My original MD told me that the Wish Center was closing. They had not contacted me or the hospital. The administration was very helpful and understanding of the situation that I was in being 3 hours away from home. They helped me get in touch with Dr. Fernandez who was a life safer and preformed my surgery 3 days after the original date. The hospital could not have handled the situation any better."
