"my first impression of him was very favorable. since i work in the operating room, i know that he's very competent. his ofice staff has been very helpful. my experience in the hospital was very positve. everyone there was professional and caring. again, since i'm used to the hospital setting, i was constantly looking for anything that i could interpret as negative or un-professional. i found nothing that would even come close to that! dr. floch, the p.a.'s, the nurses, aides, and anethesia staff were all extremely efficient, caring, and competent in their positions. post-op, i was given specific instructions for both the time i spent in the hosp. and for home. i called dr. floch's office a few days post-op with a couple a questions, and i was called back in a short amount of time. i would recommend this surgeon and this hospital to anyone considering lap-band surgery. 4 stars!!! nancy gentili"
