"Dr. Steward is very thorough, and extremely friendly. He does not get irritated with the 20 questions game and takes time out of his own spare time to go to bi-monthly support meetings for the people he is and has helped. His staff is very friendly and helpfull over the phone, havent met them in person yet. He is very meticulous about after care, emphasizing on the diet and walking, and from what i hear he is a nervous nelly about his patients after the surgery. From what I can tell so far, he has an extensive after care program. He is verrrry forthright about the risks, odds and is open and honest about how many surgerys he has done, for how long and any complications he has run across so far. I would rate him as an excellent doctor and feel very confident so far. And i believe, surgical competence and bedside manner go hand in hand, they should be good at both in order to be a really good doctor. "
