"Somewhat gruff but to the point. Seems toknow what he is talking about but does not like jokes. His office staff were grumpy also-maybe they were having a bad day. His nurse had the surgery and looks good-she is your best bet for any information.Aftercare and all was explained but know I have a problem with insurance and his insurance lady said to fix it myself. Not very helpful.But the doctor is the best at this in his field so if you can get past the staff you will be ok."
