"This is the only protein shake I can tolerate. It has 25 grams of protein, when mixed with 8 ozs of milk it has 34 grams. I like the chocolate. I drink it every morning for breakfast. I mix it with a hand blender and it is smooth with no aftertaste and no chalky stuff! "
