Jan 24, 2003 - 14 more days til my surgery. I'm very excited, very nervous. Have spent most of the past 2 days reading stuff on this site. Worried about what to eat after, if I'll have enough support. Told my boss today about the surgery. He said he "applauds me" for it. He was VERY supportive and I was thankful for that. Thought I could be off only 1 week and then go back to work cause I have a "sit down" job. The more I read, the more I'm thinking I won't be up to going back after only 1 week. Better make arrangements to have 2 weeks off. I've been looking at old clothes I've kept/stored for years. Can't wait to start wearing them again. I've told pretty much everyone at work and they are most supportive. Haven't told too many of my family, cause I get the same old..."you don't want to do that." "Why do you want to do that?" They just don't understand. I've been researching this for 14 months and now it's finally here.

Good Morning Judy Just a not eot tell you that I am sending good thoughts your way and paryers too. If I can help you in anyway just let me know. I'm having my surgery 2-3-03 and I'm very excited. been on this site almost everyday since Oct so I have gained alot of information. Take care hugs Carol
