Hey everyone...Nothing new to post on my condition...Things are going smoothly...Not in much pain...I got my first really good nights sleep...I'm up walking alot, drinking as much water as I can...Which at this point is not alot...I'm still in the liquid diet stage...I still have NOT weighted myself...I'm going to wait until i'm at the surgeons office...I want to stay positive and if I havent lost any weight at this point ill be POED! lol...i'm sure I have, so no reason to go check. I got to thank Jenny in my last post...Jenny make sure you email me...I cant wait to be her angel WHEN she gets her date...not IF, but WHEN...it will happen girl I promise...2 other people I need to say thank you too....Brandie my wonderful soon to be wife, who has been sooooo supportive...My mom and Dad have been great as always...I think I'd die of shock if they didnt support me on something...I love you guys...I couldnt do this without you...thank you so much...I never ever forget this time in my life and how easy your making it for me...

Congratulations Eric!!! You've made it to the other side! Rest, sip your water, and walk walk walk. You'll do great, enjoy the journey.

I'm on the other side!!!!! Wooohooo...Ok a BIG THANK YOU to Jenny. She called me 2 times and was sooooo sweet. Sorry I turned my E-mail off before I left. In all my wisdom I thought this would be a good idea so i didnt have 200 e-mails to go though when I got back. ((spam e-mail i'm thinking)) Well DUH! I wish I would have left it on now. You guys dont understand how nice it is to get on here and read your posts to me. Keeps me moving in the right direction, and lets me know i'll be ok. Most of all i'm not alone. I'm doing very well today. Little sore, but nothing I can really complain about. As my wonderful angel Jenny reported things went really good. The pains I had were mostly gas pains. I read a post where a girl said it was like when she was pregnant and the little foot was pressed into her diaphram. Of course i'll never know what that feels like, but it was something I could really relate too. Once I got up and was walking, the gas pains went away and it has been fine. i'm not going to BS you. ITS NOT EASY. But its not something I regret. Its major surgrey and your going to have pain. Take the pain meds if you need them. lol, do anything to get up walking ASAP! I'll post more later!

Well I am a busy angel today! I called and spoke with Eric eariler this afternoon. He is doing great too! He is still having some problems with gas pains but has been up walking the halls. He sounded in good spirits. He should be going home tomorrow if does well with breakfast. Thank You to everyone who signed his card, I know the support is appreciated. If you have tried to email him he has turned off his email for now but will turn it back on when he gets home. So three cheers for Eric!!!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that Eric's surgery went great today. I talked to him a little while ago. He is sore and having some stomach cramping other wise he is doing well! Please stop by and sign his card and welcome him to the other side!!!! Love and God Bless
