J I had that same feeling in my throat,turns out I was STILL eating too fast. I got me a watch with a timer and timed myself until i learned what SLOW meant. Now at almost 3.5 months I seldom get that feeling and no longer time myself. Some habits are just so hard to break. God bless. Jamie

Hello all! I am post-op 5 days and have been home from the hospital for 2 days. My surgery was laporoscopic RNY and took about 6 and a half hours. I am pretty sore still, but am sooo relieved to have made it through to this side. I have not weighed myself yet, but will keep you posted.

I will be thinking of you and praying that all goes well. I will be having the same surgery on 8-1 by Dr. Deveney also. It's normal to be scared but he is one of the best. Prayers for a long healthy life.

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name.
