Lisa Ferzoco

"My initial impression of Dr. Ferzoco, was how young she was and how much she looked like an old friend of mine, that made her very real to me, and very personable. My impression hasn't changed! Her office staff in Stoughton was OK, especially Sylvia, who was a doll. Her new office staff has been wonderful, especially since there was some initial confusion when she moved from one office to another...Ellen is wonderful! I least like the wait I have when I go to see her, it was long in Stoughton, and now it's still long in Dedham! Doesn't that just mean she's popular!!! She has been very informative about aftercare, as has been my PCP, Dr. David Mudd...he's great! Yes, she has a structured after care program. She has explained all of the risks and benefits of the surgery, and although I am still a little nervous, I accept them. A small story... I saw Dr. Ferzoco, off and on from Feb. of this year, did all of my tests and had the surgery seriously put off because of some scheduling conflicts with her prior office staff, after she moved and finally got to see me, she booked by surgery for 8/25/03, and although I was thrilled to have an appointment, I was so upset b/c I was to go to a concert that night. I told her, and although I was disappointed, obviously this surgery was more important. The next day after seeing her, her secretary called and told me that Dr. Ferzoco was putting my surgery off until the 28th of August, so I could go to my concert and enjoy myself (if that was what I wanted!)..I agreed ( I mean how long can Aerosmith really tour for???) and have been scheduled definitely for 8/28....I think she's a doll for doing that, and it shows she is human and caring...."
